Festa Italiana announces its 2014 entertainment lineup
This morning, Festa Italiana announced more than 30 entertainment acts and performers for its 2014 edition, including featured headliner Patrizio Buanne.
Buanne, coming from Europe with a reputation for engaging live performances, is a multi-platinum Italian pop crooner who's previously performed for the Pope, a U.S. president, royal families and "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon." Buanne's two Festa Italiana performances on the North Stage at 9 p.m. on July 19 and 20 will mark his first visit to Milwaukee.
Additional Festa headliners include Bruce in the USA, the world's No. 1 tribute to Bruce Sprinspreen, doo-wop rock 'n' rollers The Bronx Wanderers and award-winning Las Vegas musical comedian Stephen Sorrentino.
More live entertainment will be spread across the three-day festival's five stages, including up-and-coming Italian pop-opera stars Franco Corso and Moreno Fruzzetti, Chicago singer and restaurateur Tony Spavone, The Vince Chiarelli Band out of Rockford, Ill. and the return of the legendary accordionist and singer Dick Contino, as well as the three-part female vocal pop harmonies of Tre Bella.
