State Fair has announced that Peter Frampton will headline the main stage on Wednesday, Aug. 6. Survivor opens the show. It also announced that RAIN: A Tribute to The Beatles, will perform on the main stage Friday, Aug. 1.

Both shows begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for them – which include fair admission – go on sale Thursday, May 15, at 10 a.m. at WiStateFair.com and the fair ticket office, 7722 W. Greenfield Ave. The box office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Frampton tickets are $25 and $35 and tickets to see RAIN are $20 and $25. Service fees apply to all online orders and purchasers will have print-at-home or mail-order options.
