Gear up for a new season of Jazz in the Park, Thursdays June 7- Sept. 6.

The sweet sounds of Jazz in the Park return June 7

Plan to spend your Thursday nights at Cathedral Square Park this summer as Jazz in the Park returns with a diverse lineup of local, regional and national music acts June 7 - Sept. 6.

Jazz in the Park will also host a happy hour from 5 to 6 p.m. before each performance. Music runs from 6 to 9 p.m. The full 2012 lineup is below:

June 7: Reverend Raven (Milwaukee)
June 14: JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound (Chicago)
June 21: Kokolo Afrobeat Orchestra (New York City)
June 28: D'Calleson (Milwaukee)
July 5: WE Six (Milwaukee)
July 12-15: No Jazz in the Park due to Bastille Days programming
July 19: Pete Carney & Ghost Farm (Chicago)
July 26: Orquesta Tumbao (Milwaukee)
Aug. 2: New Orleans Suspects (New Orleans)
Aug. 9: Natty Nation (Madison)
Aug. 16: Shaker & the Egg (Appleton/Green Bay)
Aug. 23: The Right Now (Chicago)
Aug. 30: The Erotic Adventures of the Static Chicken (Milwaukee)
Sept. 6: Random Walk (Milwaukee)

All Jazz in the Park concerts are free and open to the public. Alcoholic carry-ins are not allowed, but food and beverages will be sold on-site to help fund future seasons.
