Sazama's returns to Summerfest
Sazama's Lakeside Grille, the sit-down eatery with dining service that's located on the south end of the Summerfest grounds – adjacent to the Classic Rock Stage – will return for a second year. Due to its popularity during the first year, the restaurant was expanded to accommodate 140 diners instead of 100.
Sazama's will offer appetizers, poultry, steak and seafood options along with late-night, small-plate options. Lunch is served from noon to 3 p.m.; dinner from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and – new this year – small-plate dining from 9 p.m. to midnight.
Also new for 2011, patrons can enjoy a special prix fixe menu at a candlelit table on June 29 and July 3 during fireworks shows. On these nights, dinners start at 7 p.m. and have a fixed price for an entree, dessert and shared appetizer.
