Scott and Beth Shully founded Shully's Cuisine to create innovative cuisine and combine that with fun and creative parties or dinners. They are fixtures at events like the Zoo Ball, museum galas, weddings and other public and private events.

Looking for a new way to enjoy a Milwaukee Fish Fry? Shully’s Cuisine & Events is hosting a one-of-a-kind, non-traditional “fish fry” experience. On Friday, April 18th (Good Friday) Shully’s opens their doors to the public for a “Flight Night”. Shully’s chefs have teamed up to prepare a meatless multi-course fish and seafood dinner paired with hand-crafted, artisanal beers. Each “Flight” is a small-plate course complimented with specially selected brews. The evening starts at 6:30pm with passed hors d’oeuvres. At 7:30pm, guests are seated and the dinner begins. After four scrumptious courses and some lively conversation, the meal concludes with a trio of desserts. The cost is $40pp and reservations are required and limited.
