Are you ready to feel a chill?
The Admirals open training camp Monday afternoon. Returning coach Claude Noel will guide 17 players through a two-hour workout beginning at 1:30 p.m. at the Kern Center on the campus of the Milwaukee School of Engineering. More players will be added as parent club Nashville continues its camp.
This two-week camp culminates with the season-opener Oct. 7, when the Admirals will face Omaha at 7:30 p.m. at the Bradley Center. In preparation for that game and the 81 to follow, the Admrials will play three exhibition games. The Admirals will host Chicago at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Mullett Ice Center on the campus of Arrowhead High School in Hartland. On Friday night, the Admirals will host Grand Rapids at the Kern Center in a 7 p.m. start. On Saturday, the Admirals travel to Chicago to face the Wolves.
