With the regular-season in the books, the Admirals are gearing up for the Calder Cup Playoffs, which begin Thursday night.
Milwaukee, the AHL's West Division Champion, will face the Rockford Ice Hogs in the first round, which begins with a 7 p.m. contest Thursday at the Bradley Center. Game 2 will also be in Milwaukee, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
The Admirals finished the regular season with a 49-22-3-6 record and 107 points, which tied them for the most points in the AHL with the Manitoba Moose. Rockford ended their second season in the league in fourth place in the West Division with 86 points on a 40-34-0-6 record. The two teams squared off 10 times during the regular season, with the Admirals posting a 6-3-0-1 record against the Hogs.
