CHICAGO -- If you're planning on attending the Badgers' second-round game against UNLV Sunday at the United Center, you'd better plan for a little extra travel time.
While the notoriously bad Chicagoland traffic isn't quite as annoying on Sunday afternoon, you can expect some pretty hefty delays around Waukegan.
Construction work on the Tri-State Tollway has redesigned the toll plaza there, and there are just two lanes available to drivers paying with cash. Delays for Friday's contest kicked in just before Gurnee, with a majority of the vehicles sporting Wisconsin license plates.
If you have an I-Pass, you're in good shape. Otherwise, if you're disgusted at the concept of paying for the right to use a roadway, you can take the scenic route: US Highway 41.
