PHOENIX -- Second baseman Rickie Weeks, sidelined a week with an injured right hand, returns to the Brewers starting lineup for an exhibition game against Arizona this afternoon at Maryvale Baseball Park.
Weeks, who suffered the injury on a headfirst slide, played in a minor-league game Saturday.
Shortstop J.J. Hardy, who has been out a week with flu-like symptoms, was to take part in limited drills this morning. Hardy lost 10 pounds and the team medical staff is trying to figure out whether he had E-coli or a parasite.
"I put on my gray pants yesterday and I thought they were Prince's," Hardy said, referring to teammate Prince Fielder.
The Brewers' starting lineup for this afternoon:
Rickie Weeks, 2b
Mike Cameron, cf
Prince Fielder, 1b
Ryan Braun, lf
Bill Hall, 3b
Corey Hart, rf
Craig Counsell, ss
Jeff Suppan, p
Jason Kendall, c
