Brewers unveil new alternate jersey
The Brewers have a new alternate road jersey for the 2010 season.
The navy blue shirt features "Milwaukee" in white script across the front and includes a 40th anniversary logo patch on the sleeve. The primary road jersey top -- gray with "Brewers" script across the chest -- remains the same.
The new uniform top will be available exclusively at the Brewers Team Store at Miller Park and at the FanZone Store at Maryvale Baseball Park beginning tomorrow morning.
Throughout the month of February, shoppers will receive two free Brewers tickets to an upcoming game with the purchase of the new jersey.
I definitely like the concept of the change, but the size of the word "Milwaukee" is very underwhelming. When coupled with the rather boring 40th anniversary logo, it's not very impressive. I think the Brewers played it too safe here.
I love these jersey's!!! They should be permanent home and away jersey's. The Blue ones for home and the cream ones for away games! I will buy one for sure
I liked it when the Bucks added the red Milwaukee jerseys last year. I'm liking these much better!
...but they should be standard on the road, not occasional
I am very happy that they have a jersey that says "Milwaukee" on it. Very smart for away games. It's a way to advertise the City.
