No experience is necessary for the workshop and tryout. Athletic individuals will be taught the techniques and fundamentals needed to dunk and flip off of trampolines. Interested individuals must be at least 18 years of age for both the workshop and tryout. Attendance at the workshop is not mandatory to take part in the tryout, although it is encouraged.
