Elite Fitness' holiday goodies return table.

Elite fitness wants your fattening food

Elite Fitness wants your leftover holiday treats. Not because the staff can pig out, but so you won't, either.

Drop off any leftover holiday snacks to the holiday goodies return table at one of Elite's four locations throughout January, and you'll receive a free fitness counseling session from a Elite personal fitness coach. During your visit, enter to win a three-month family membership to any location. (This offer is available for non-members only.)

To help you get back on track after those holiday feasts, Elite will also host free "Return to Fitness" Fridays in February. All four Elite locations invite the public to come in for free to use the equipment and participate in a wide variety of fitness classes including yoga, pilates, body-stepping and spin.

"People return holiday gifts throughout January but you generally can't give back those holiday goodies which prevent you from getting your New Year off to a healthy start," said Kay Yuspeh, owner of Elite Fitness & Racquet Clubs.

The Elite Fitness & Racquet Club locations: Highlander Elite, 13825 W. Burleigh Rd.; Bluemound Elite, 600 N. Barker Rd.; North Shore Elite, 5750 N. Glen Park Rd.; and Mequon Elite at 11616 N. Port Washington Rd.
