Appropriately, the Milwaukee County Transit System's No. 90 bus will carry fans to Miller Park when the Brewers take on Philadelphia in the first round of the playoffs this week. The Brewers won 90 games in the regular season.
As it did during the regular season, the 90 bus starts running two hours before game time. In the postseason, the buses will come about every 10 minutes.
Fans can catch the bus at the Downtown Transit Center on Michigan and Cass Streets or along Wisconsin Avenue, where the bus stops every two blocks until 10th Street. From there it stops about every four blocks. The bus drops fans in the Transit Area on the north side of Miller Park.
But hurry out after the game as buses only run up to one-half hour after the game is over.
The No. 18 bus on National Avenue and the No. 10 on Wisconsin Avenue are also within walking distance of Miller Park.
Bus fare is $2 for adults, $1 for seniors and the disabled (with ID) and kids ages 6 through 11. For MCTS info, call (414) 344-6711 or visit RideMCTS.com.
