The Brewcity Bruisers kick off the third roller derby season with a bout this Saturday night. Milwaukee's four competing teams -- Rushin Rollettes, Maiden Milwaukee, Shevil Knevils and Crazy Eights -- are skating and ready for a tactical throw down in this season's first battle.

The season's opener pits the Rushin Rollettes against Maiden Milwaukee and last year's reigning champs the Crazy Eights against Shevil Knevils.

Catch a cheap bus ride at Roast Café, Landmark Lanes or Club Garibaldi and hitch a ride south to the Milwaukee Sports Complex in Franklin. Roll your own game at the Landmark Lanes after party.
