The "Social Circle" is a group effort between readers, social networkers and the OnMilwaukee.com editors. Every Monday, we ask a question via Facebook and Twitter and then post the responses from our Facebook "likers" and Twitter followers in this column. Well-known Milwaukee movers and shakers will contribute, too.

Tomorrow is the Brewers’ Opening Day game and so this week, aptly, we asked the Social Circle their predictions for the season. Feel free to weigh in with your thoughts via the Talkback feature.

Go, Brew Crew!

Brian C. Brehmer: "They will get peoples hopes up only to crash and burn, pick themselves up, have an injury or two that will be devastating, and then limp to the finish lines. Glad you didn't ask me about my team."

Josh Christiansen: "If the bullpen stays healthy we'll be a .500 team. That's a huge if for us, unfortunately."

Jamel Harris: ".500 or a few wins as usual."

Bill Hartz: "I think the bratwurst and the Polish will be neck and neck all the way into September."

Tom Held: "It's going to be a tough year, plenty of growing pains in the starting rotation, but all will be forgotten when they win 95 games and the NL Central in 2014. Gotta think long ball."

Pete Huppert: "If their pitching is decent, wild card maybe."

Dan Krass: "I predict there won't be any conflicts with Packers games to worry about in October."

Jeffrey Krawczyk: "I predict that I'll only make it to one game, maybe two, I'll over-tailgate and end up sleeping in the back of my car while my friends are inside enjoying the game."

Scott Olson: "Cardinals lost some players, Beltran is fragile, Freese is banged up, and their closer is out. The Reds will lock up the Central, but it's realistic that the Brewers grab one of the two Wild Card spots."

Michele Berg Pavlovic: "Herpes and home runs."

Rick Phelps: "Third place; a .500 club."

Tamila Reed: "They will win games, there will be good times at the ballpark."

Laura Sippel: "We're going to have an awesome time no matter what!"

Ajay Wadhwa: "86 wins, miss the playoffs. The Reds will likely run away with it."
