Where do you prefer to sit? (And someone already said near the beer).

Social Circle: Where's the best place to sit at Miller Park?

Welcome to a weekly segment called "Social Circle." It's truly a group effort between readers, social networkers and the OnMilwaukee.com editors. Every Monday, we ask a question via Facebook and Twitter and then post the responses from our Facebook "likers" and Twitter followers in this column. Well-known Milwaukee movers and shakers will contribute, too.

It's officially baseball season, which means many of us are spending, or going to spend, more time at Miller Park.

Arguably, there isn't a "bad" seat in the house because just being at the game and witnessing the sounds, smells and spirit of baseball season is enough for many fans. And yet, opinions often vary as to which section is the best for enjoying the game.

The Social Circle responded to this question and, as usual, came up with a variety of answers ranging from the bleachers to any seat that's closest to the beer. Here's the full list of responses and feel free to chime in with your thoughts via the Talkback feature.

Go Brewers!

Sarah Berg: "As close to the food as possible, for the obvious reason."

Lori Fredrich: "In the shade."

Michael Floyd Hofstedt II: "Section 218, hear the crack of the bat and Uecker's love of the game."

Paul Kennedy: "On Bernie's lap. For obvious reasons."

Lou Kern: "The dugout. Best view of the field. Plus that means you're probably a baseball player, so ..."

Tammy Kolbe: "At home? Oh sorry, you meant this question for those who like baseball."

Dan Krass: "Parking lot."

Lucas McButte: "In the parking lot before games. Free food from strangers."

Brian McNulty: "Left/center field day games for the most sun. All other games Friday's Front Row."

"College Dave" Mikolajek: "The left field patio outside of the NYCE club. Great view, nice summer breeze and prompt cocktail service."

Eddie Miller: "On your butt."

Ryan Lee Neibauer: "The can."

Mary Nowakowski: "Third-base side loge. Great view, lower amount of drunk college kids and more "regular Joes." Oh yeah, cup holders, too."

Rachel Scalise: "Section 212."

Lauryl Sulfate: "Right near where the hot nuts stand is, so that the smell of maple wafts at you the entire game."

Laron Taylor-Lai Lida: "Next to Front Row Amy."

David Wielochowski: "Next to the beer guy. LOL."

I usually don't post, but this piece was a waste of my time to read. I was hoping to gain some different perspectives on where people sit. Instead, I read an article that wasn't the least bit serious. Why even post the comment about someone not liking baseball? You should have prefaced the piece with "In no way did we actually post good seating suggestions; this is our feeble attempt at being humorous during the opening week of baseball."
