51. Rufus King plans pep rally for basketball team heading for state
Rufus King is holding a pep rally for its boys basketball team as it heads off to Madison to play Mukwonago in the state tournament.
52. UWM names Braun new athletic director
Amanda Braun will be the new athletic director for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Braun, Executive Senior Associate Director of Athletics at Northeastern University in Boston, is a Wisconsin native who previously served in athletic administration positions at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
53. Racing Sausages 5K now taking registrations
The Brewers Community Foundation's 15th Annual 5K Famous Racing Sausages Run/Walk will be held at Miller Park on July 20, starting at 8 a.m. Registration is now open. The unique feature of this event is that participants actually get to test their skills against the Klement's Famous Racing Sausages, who also run the course.

The two-time defending Major Indoor Soccer League champion Milwaukee Wave close out their regular season with two consecutive home games this weekend at U.S. Cellular Arena and then host a first round MISL playoff game on March 10. The team is offering a variety of ticket deals and promotions for fans.
59. Brandon & Monta, Milwaukee's new "Laverne & Shirley"
Laverne DiFazio and Shirley Feeney don't live here anyone, and really they never did. Nonetheless, the 1980s TV series of the same name is stuck in pop culture lore. The NBA helps to preserve Milwaukee's place in sitcom history with a new spot that features the Bucks backcourt of Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis.

This year, at least during games, Streetlife, the house band of the Milwaukee Bucks since 1985 is out of the game time picture. 64. Packers raise ticket prices for 2013
The Green Bay Packers announced plans for a price increase on stadium bowl tickets for the 2013 season. The increase has a range from $2 to $5, depending on the section in the stadium bowl, with nearly half of the seats to increase $2.

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee will induct five former student-athletes into the Bud K. Haidet Athletics Hall of Fame on Saturday. Nick Gretz, Antou Jallow, Josha (Krueger) Kruvand, Jerry Stern and Maria Viall will be officially welcomed to the Hall of Fame during ceremonies at the Milwaukee Athletic Club. The event begins at 10 a.m., prior to the UWM men's basketball game that evening against Wright State.
67. Reports: Braun linked to PED lab, denies involvement in statement
A report links Milwaukee Brewers star Ryan Braun to a Florida clinic that has allegedly supplied Major League Baseball players with performance enhancing drugs. Braun has since responded with a statement denying any involvement in the use of any PEDs.
68. Brewers announce arctic tailgate, bobblehead dates
The Milwaukee Brewers announced the team's promotional schedule for the 2013 season and set the date for this year's Arctic Tailgate party. The Arctic Tailgate marks the beginning of individual ticket sales at Miller Park. Individual game tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. that day.

This week Milwaukee's own internet hoaxer Montaous Walton plead guilty to theft by false representation after using his fictional internet persona to get legitimate baseball agents to give him money.
74. Logan inducted into Brewers Walk of Fame
Former Milwaukee Braves shortstop Johnny Logan will be honored this summer as the newest member of the Miller Park Walk of Fame after receiving 72 percent of the vote. He is the first inductee since 2010.
75. Wisconsin PGA Junior comes to Milwaukee County
After 22 years in Madison, the Wisconsin PGA will move its Junior Championship to Milwaukee County in 2013. The PGA Junior Championship Tournament will be held on June 25-26 at Brown Deer Golf Course and Dretzka Park Golf Course.
