Potawatomi confirms plans for a Menomonee Valley hotel
Potawatomi Bingo Casino officially announced plans today to build a 4-star/4-diamond-level hotel adjacent to its Menomonee Valley casino.
The proposed hotel will be smoke-free and feature 382 rooms, a full-service spa and casual-dining restaurant. Its construction will also include a number of energy and water efficiency measures, native plant landscaping and other green initiatives.
Construction on the $150 million project is scheduled to begin in late spring or early summer and last two years.
