Milwaukee's pizza game has seen an uptick in recent years, with multiple brands introducing their own unique styles of pie. In the case of Flour Girl & Flame, slow fermented dough made with heritage wheat flour is magically transformed by the magic of wood fire into something truly savory.

On the menu, you'll find a menu of pizzas showcasing not only creative, seasonal toppings sourced from local farms, but also a distinctive crust with a subtle smokey flavor and bubbly, slightly charred exterior. Guests will also find plant-based options, as well as a gluten-free crust.

On Wednesday nights, the pizza restaurant also takes orders for their delicious Detroit style pizza, available in limited quantities.

Be sure to stop by their new ice cream shop, Everyone's Ice Cream, located right next door to the pizza shop.
