Ruby Tap, 1341 Wauwatosa Ave., will celebrate their second anniversary on Saturday, Aug. 2.

Owners Brooke Boomer and Sarah (Smith) Nelson opened the self-service wine bar in Wauwatosa in August 2012 to the delight of West Side wine lovers. And these days, the shop has plenty to celebrate with a brand new Ruby Tap opening on the north shore at 11223 N. Cedarburg Rd., Mequon, by the end of the year.

The anniversary celebration will include a full day of $2 specials including Mimosas from 1 to 3 p.m., Sangria from 3 to 5 p.m. and snacks from 5 to 7 p.m.

From 7 to 9 p.m. guests can enjoy $2 off beer and 3 ounce pours of tap wines for $2, while the later night crowd will be treated to $2 Port and chocolate from 9 to 11 p.m.

All day specials include 10 percent off all bottles to go as well as $2 t-shirts with a $15 purchase.
