File this one under random acts of West Allis kindness: Even though it’s been a couple of decades since Neal Steffek and Erik Dorfner were in high school, they took a few minutes – and a few dollars – to reward their high school teachers.

With the help of West Allis mayor, Dan Devine, the two men dropped off Papa John's pizzas at West Allis Central, where Steffeck attended, and West Allis Hale, which is Dorfner’s alma mater.

"They wanted to treat the teachers who put up with them all these years," says Dorfner's wife, Kim.

Steffeck owns the Drunk Uncle bar and the Dorfners opened the Westallion Brewing Co. earlier this year. Of course, the teachers had to wait until after school if they wanted to wash down their pizza with beer.
