Unique Pizza and Subs, a franchise with no current Wisconsin locations, will open at 1016 E. Brady St. in the space formerly occupied by Au Bon Appetit.  Au Bon Appetit closed Oct. 27, 2006 after 15 years but still operates its Mediterranean catering and wholesale business in the Third Ward.

Founded in 1991, Unique Pizza and Subs is based in Greensburg, Pa. and is a Delaware corporation.  Its menu includes a variety of pizza, subs, salads and appetizers.  A sign on the window does not list a opening day.
