Matthew Baier, of Potawatomi Hotel & Casino’s Dream Dance Steak, is moving on from his position to join the culinary team at Sendik’s Food Markets.

Baier, who has worked with the casino for the past 10 years, was promoted to oversight of the Dream Dance Steak kitchen in 2011. Before that, he served as lead chef and sous chef at the restaurant as well as lead chef at RuYi, the casino's full-service Asian restaurant.

Baier’s departure comes on the heels of Potawatomi Executive Chef Peter Gebauer’s move to Sendik’s this past June.
