Congrats, Cempazuchi!

Food Network Magazine honors Cempazuchi

In honor of next month's Cinco de Mayo, Food Network Magazine's May issue features a story titled "50 States of Tacos" and Cempazuchi in Milwaukee is listed as the home of Wisconsin's top taco.

Cepazuchi's Tacos de Tio Isreael gets the recognition. The taco is stuffed with perch rolled in organic blue corn meal, lime slaw and chipotole mayo. Three, plus rice and beans, cost $10.95.

The copy reads: "Fried fish is a favorite dish in Milwaukee, and here it gets a Latin twist."
