Six George Webb restaurants will open under the new name Griddlers Cafe on Thursday, Sept. 1. Griddlers Cafe, owned by Don and Robb Hensiak, is a 24-hour restaurant serving breakfast all day, as well as hamburgers, grilled and deli-style sandwiches and soups.

The former George Webb franchise owners decided to turn a longtime family dream into reality.

"Griddlers Cafe is an idea my brother and I have talked about for a long time and this was the right time to make it happen," says Don, whose family has been with George Webb for more than 50 years, 20 of those years as a franchise owner.

The six Griddlers Cafe locations include: 10706 W. Greenfield Ave. in West Allis; 4160 W. Loomis Rd. and 7510 W. Layton Ave. in Greenfield; 2012 W. Layton Ave. in Milwaukee; 211 N. Chicago Ave., South Milwaukee; and N88 W16747 Appleton Ave. in Menomonee Falls.

The main question? Will Griddlers Cafes have two clocks on the wall?
