If you’ve resolved to limit your carbohydrate intake in 2019, but aren’t looking forward to a life without the occasional slice of delicious pizza, you’re in luck.

9th Slice Pizza Co., the fast casual pizza restaurant at 5620 S. 108th St., has launched the arrival of a cauliflower pizza crust.

Offered in both 10" and 14" sizes, the new pizzas will be available as BYO (build your own) pies with a choice of signature sauces (house red, robust red, bold red, pesto or white wine garlic cream) along with 9th Slice’s signature cheese blend and keto-friendly options like fresh vegetables, pepperoni, sausage, capicolla, bacon, ground beef or pancetta.

Guests can also opt for the keto-friendly Carne Loco pizza – a meat lovers pizza featuring cheese, pepperoni, sausage, pancetta and bacon – which is also available on a cauliflower crust (10" for $8 and 14" for $16).

Pizzas are available for both dine-in and carry-out at both lunch and dinner, seven days a week. Delivery is available on Friday and Saturday (soon to be seven days a week) within a 5-mile radius of the restaurant.
