Thanksgiving restaurant guide, 2017
Thanksgiving is a time to count your blessings, gather with the ones you love, watch the Macy's Day Parade ... and cook, cook, cook. But, here's a guide for those of you who would prefer to leave the cooking (and the cleaning) to someone else for a change. Keep in mind that reservations are generally recommended.

From 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the big day, you can enjoy a special holiday menu – including a traditional turkey dinner as well as steaks, chops and seafood.
Allgauer's in the Park

The Buffet serves traditional favorites from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Stop by our local casino to enjoy sliced turkey, stuffing, roast beef and even more. The cost is $22 with a Fire Keeper's Club card and $24 without. Don't eat too much for dinner because there will also be a wide array of desserts, including pumpkin pie.
The Cafe at The Hilton
Celebrate with the Cafe at The Hilton's Thanksgiving buffet, served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Traditional lunch and breakfast items are available alongside holiday staples like turkey and stuffing. A special children's buffet is also available. Adults pay $34, while children ages 5 to 12 are $17.
The Capital Grill
Eat something off The Capital Grill's normal menu or try the chef's take on Thanksgiving favorites – including turkey with brioche stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans with Marcona almonds and cranberry pear chutney. Either way, you'll end up with a beautiful, satisfying Thanksgiving food baby. Reservations are recommended.
Coach's Pub & Grill
Coach's will serve turkey dinners between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m., including turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetables and rolls along with dessert for $11.95. Not on good terms with turkey? Order off the regular menu.

Make a reservation if you want a flavorful meal, and no work of your own to deal with. Plus, all that wine!
The Fire Pit Sports Bar & Grill
Get your gobble on here. While supplies last, you can snag food here from 11 a.m. to close. You can load up on all the Thanksgiving classics including a dessert of good ol' pumpkin pie. Stick around post-meal to watch all of the big games, too. Get this traditional dinner of the fixings for $15.
Starting at 11 a.m., you can leave the stress of Thanksgiving and come celebrate here. You can enjoy food from the full menu or you can check out the four-course menu with Thanksgiving favorites. Children under 12 can eat from a special Thanksgiving children's menu for $20.
Make Innovation's Thanksgiving Day Feast part of your holiday tradition. The offerings include a buffet-style dinner including chef-carved turkey and ham, traditional sides, hot seafood entree, salad bar, smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail and housemade desserts. For adults, the buffet is $28.85, while for kids, it is $13.95.
Enjoy the supper club-esque vibe of this Whitefish Bay restaurant for your next Thanksgiving dinner. Pandl's will serve a special Thanksgiving menu, with a variety of items including turkey, roasted duckling and shrimp.

Thanksgiving brunch will be served from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. But for dinner, head over to enjoy a special four-course meal, bringing together traditional favorites with adventurous new creations. It's served from 3 to 8 p.m. Cost is $49 per person, or $69 with wine pairing. Reservations are required.
If you want a dinner that's a little less traditional for Thanksgiving, head to Mader's for a brunch buffet that starts at 10 a.m. and runs to 4 p.m for $32. You can choose from a variety of items including breakfast fare, classic German dishes and traditional favorites including turkey and side dishes. The dinner buffet follows from 4 to 7 p.m., which will include a schnitzel and spaetzle station for $34.
Meatballs on Thanksgiving? Why not! Break out of your usual turkey-and-potatoes mold and start a new tradition by indulging in a family feast of Italian-American fare at Maggiano's.
Mason Street Grill
From 1 to 7 p.m., you can enjoy an all-American grilled feast that includes steaks, seafood and a special Thanksgiving menu. Dining with a crowd? Ask about reserving one of the private dining rooms for your family feast.
For Thanksgiving dinner, head here to enjoy fresh garden salad, oven roasted turkey, homemade dressing, fresh mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie/cheesecake for dessert. Reservations are required.

If you're looking for Thanksgiving and football, then the Miller Time Pub & Grill is the place for you. Starting at 11 a.m. on Thanksgiving, you can stop by for roasted turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans and cranberry sauce. And, of course, all of the restaurant's 18 TVs will be tuned to football.
For $45 a person, you can enjoy a specially prepared orange sage turkey breast, sage and andouille sausage bread pudding, spiced carrots puree, pancetta green beans and cranberry compote. Dinner is served from 5 to 9 p.m.
Mitchell's Fish Market
Come on by Thanksgiving from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and choose from the dinner menu or eat the traditional turkey dinner. Adults pay $28, and kids are $9.
Hand-carved and slow-roasted turkey, hot gravy, stuffing, housemade mashed potatoes, green beans amandine and fresh whole cranberry relish are on the Thanksgiving menu at this beloved Milwaukee institution.
The Pfister Hotel Ballroom
Celebrate Thanksgiving at one of Milwaukee's most popular historic landmarks. The Pfister has a brunch that is to die for. From appetizers and entrées, side dishes and desserts – plus all the traditional trimmings – your stomach will thank you later.
Polonez will offer a Polish-style buffet, with turkey and traditional sides, alongside some Polish classics. A first seating is at noon, and a second begins at 2:30 p.m.
Celebrate in style at Milwaukee's newest steakhouse where an all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving dinner menu is available from noon to 7 p.m. Cost is $55 for adults and $18 for children, 12 years old and younger. Meals include soup or salad and family-style side dishes along with prime rib, turkey and more. A limited dinner menu will also be available. Reservations are recommended.
Order your Thanksgiving feast to go or stick around and chow down in the dining room. The dine-in dinner will be served from noon to 6 p.m. Cost is $25.95 for adults, while the take-out option is $20. Reservations are recommended for dine-in, as is calling ahead for carry-out.
Tre Rivali will start serving breakfast at 7 until 10 a.m., followed by a Thanksgiving buffet, including turkey, gravy, stuffing and Brussels sprouts, served from noon to 5 p.m. The buffet costs $65 for adults and $20 for children ages 3-12.
