It's confirmed: The Riversite Restaurant at 11120 N. Cedarburg Rd. in Mequon is closed.
Owner Corey Schultz bought the restaurant in 2008 but was unable to make it work, despite multiple efforts that included lowering the prices of entrees.
The Riversite opened in 1989 and offered an upscale menu focusing on steak and seafood.
