It looks like the Milwaukee Rosati’s Pizza is migrating south.

The Chicago-style pizza chain, which operates more than 175 franchised locations throughout the U.S. and five others in Wisconsin, closed its East Side location at 2238 N. Farwell Ave. last March after about a year and a half in business.

However, a new Rosati’s location is coming to the retail center at 145 W. Oklahoma Ave. in Bay View. And, according to a representative at the new location, it will open Monday, April 9.

It's reported that the menu at the Bay View location will differ somewhat from other locations; however, it is expected that it will offer both Chicago-style and thin crust pizza along with wings, pastas, sandwiches and desserts, with pricing averaging between $10 and $20.

According to the restaurant’s Facebook page, Rosati's is currently hiring cooks and delivery drivers.

Once open, the Bay View Rosati’s will keep hours Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
