On Thursday, Dec. 8, fast food chain Chick-fil-A will open its newest Wisconsin location at 2645 S. 108th St. in West Allis.

In addition to opening up its seventh Wisconsin location – and fourth in the last year – Chick-fil-A will collect new and gently used children's books at the new West Allis restaurant both today and Thursday from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. The donated books will be placed in an almost three-foot book house, donated by the Chick-fil-A Foundation, that will serve as a free library exchange.

Chick-fil-A will also offer a year's supply of meals (52 meals comprised of a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches, a medium fries and a medium beverage) to the first 100 eligible adult guests – open to patrons residing in specific zip codes surrounding the restaurant, available here – in line when the restaurant officially opens its doors at 6 a.m. on Thursday.

Festivities start with the line officially opening at 6 a.m. Wednesday morning and an family-friendly overnight party beginning today to bring entertainment, food and fun to those waiting for the doors to open. If more than 100 people are in attendance when the line opens, a drawing will randomly select the 100 winners. The first 100 eligible adults in line when the restaurant opens Thursday morning will then receive a digital offer card with the year's worth of free meals.

The new Chick-fil-A will have a drive-thru, a two-story children's play area and dining room for 134 patrons. The West Allis location will be open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. and, as is customary for the fast food chicken brand, closed on Sundays.
