Wild Earth Cucina Italiana, Potawatomi Bingo Casino's new rustic Italian restaurant, has introduced a new menu and extended weekly hours.

The new menu, helmed by Chef Audrey Vandenburgh, includes a 12-ounce Chianti-braised rib, veal parmesan, clam linguine and spaghetti pomodoro.

The restaurant is also now open for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday. Diners can visit Wild Earth between 4 and 10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 4 and 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
