Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin St. Joseph’s Hospital and the West Bend School District are partnering to ask men to "Be Aware! Grow Some Hair" to raise awareness for prostate and other male cancers. Money raised from the campaign will benefit the Kraemer Cancer Center at St. Joseph's Hospital.

For a $25 registration fee, participants can sign up and grow facial hair throughout November or make a donation toward the cause to show support for men’s cancer awareness. Participants can register or donate at froedtert.com/st-josephs by clicking on the Be Aware link.

Registrants receive a window cling, mustache can Koozie, business cards and a pledge form. Participants who raise $100 or more receive a commemorative photo. Each of the top 10 fundraisers receive a professional facial grooming or complete shave at the Community Shave Off on Nov. 20, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Men’s Hair House.
