Children returned to school today for the first time since the horrible events in Newtown, Conn., and they are likely to hear things at school and may be coming home with questions. How do you talk to them? What do you say?

Tonight and Tuesday in all its evening newscasts – 5, 6, 9 and 10 p.m. – WITI-FOX 6 will have mental health experts on hand to help answer questions about this and other topics related to the tragic events at Sandy Hook. Find out how to cope, how to heal, what to say.

On Tuesday, Dec. 18 FOX 6 will dedicate its entire 9 p.m. newscast to the issues surrounding the tragic events in Connecticut, airing "Tragedy at Sandy Hook: Healing and Helping," hosted by Ted Perry, Brad Hicks, Mary Stoker Smith and Anne State.

The special will examine the issues we all are facing in the wake of this unthinkable tragedy – how to talk to our kids, what role does faith play in helping us heal, the gun control debate, the media's role and how we can help each other through this crisis as well as other topics.
