You can't say we didn't warn you.

Netflix recently announced its monthly list of movies and shows leaving the popular streaming service, and unfortunately "How I Met Your Mother" – just like "30 Rock," "Friday Night Lights," "Louie" and many others last month – has met its end on the Big Red TV Giant. Thankfully, at least the CBS sitcom doesn't bounce from Netflix until Nov. 13, so you have time to finish bingeing through the show (and then stop watching just before the series finale episode).

Unfortunately, that's not the only big name calling it quits on Netflix. "The Matrix" trilogy will unplug from the streaming service on the first of November, along with "V for Vendetta" and (*sigh*) "Twilight." And if you're in the mood for a scary thriller or horror movie, you might want to give "Hard Candy," "Ravenous" or "Goosebumps" a go while you can because they'll be killed off next month. Oh, and also "The Human Centipede: First Sequence" too ... though maybe kicking that off Netflix isn't the worst thing in the world.

Here's the rest of the movies and TV shows leaving Netflix in November.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
