Your awful interface design that always has an autoplay ad waiting around the corner to blare at me. Ignoring the theatrical experience so your original film content gets the honor of being glanced at while making dinner or flipping through other tabs – that is if audiences even find those movies in the first place since you barely even bother to promote them unless they involve an orc cop. Releasing these monthly lists despite the fact that they're incomplete, so you add new films to your site without bothering to let anyone know. (Thought you could sneak "Tulip Fever" on there without me noticing!?) REMOVING "ARCHER."
OK, so maybe all is not forgiven. But damn, bringing "The Iron Giant" to the streaming service next month is a mighty fine olive branch.
In fact, the entire list of movies coming to Netflix in April is pretty solid, short on new releases again but long on decent options for your next lazy Saturday night – as well as long on movies that sound like April Fools' Day pranks, but somehow aren't.
A horror movie about an evil Facebook profile? Not an April Fools' Day joke. A drama that climaxes with Will Smith murdering himself with a jellyfish? Somehow not an April Fools' Day joke! A new Adam Sandler movie made this millennium that DOESN'T look like trash? SOMEHOW NOT AN APRIL FOOLS' JOKE! And that's not even mentioning "Battlefield Earth," the Very Serious "Lost in Space" reboot or the new "Boss Baby" kids show.
