Tuesday’s presidential election may have split the country down the middle, but thankfully there’s one thing upon which both red and blue states can agree: the Obama girls have got some serious style.

From Michelle’s captivating magenta Michael Kors dress on Election Night to Malia’s hip bomber jacket at O’Hare the next morning, there are some great looks being turned out by all the President’s women.

Michelle is known to love bold patterns, but as a busy working mother her choices are always practical and chic. And she keeps in line with the latest trends, like when she showed off her penchant for sparkle on Tuesday night. And her daughters seem to have inherited her great taste.

On Wednesday morning the Obama family showed off its jet-setting style while boarding Air Force One. Michelle sported luxuriously long leather gloves while Malia wore a trendy bomber-style jacket, polka-dot shirt and ankle boots. Sasha looked sweet in a fashion-forward pair of colored denim jeans and a graphic tee.

Here’s how Milwaukee fashionistas can replicate the Obama look.

Michelle’s Election Night dress
LC Lauren Conrad’s Foil Fit & Flare Dress offers the same full skirt, nipped waist and glittery tone at Kohl's for $44.80. Anthropologie's (301 N. Broadway) Chrysanthemum Tea Dress ($198) has a similar silhouette and bold, eye-catching pattern.

Malia’s "Top Gun" look
Delia*s (5770 N. Bayshore Drive and 2500 N. Mayfair Road) carries a mauve Moto bomber jacket for $49.50. Combine two great trends with Francesca’s Collections’ (5709 N. Centerpark Way and 95 N. Moorland Road, Brookfield) Spotty Spot Peplum Blouse for $38.

Sasha’s Colored Denim Jeans
Check out the Britt skinny low-rise jeans at Delia*s, available in a variety of colors. They also have some charming graphic tees ranging in price from $12 to $24.50.

Michelle’s opera-length gloves
Tough to find, but Nordstrom.com carries a beautifully dramatic pair for $168. A shorter option (7"-8" at $43.20) can be found by Isotoner at Kohls.com.
