Based on the monstrous ratings, football fans in Wisconsin do not need extra incentive to watch Packers games on TV.

But, here is one.

Former Brewers announcer Matt Vasgersian will call the action along with JC Pearson. Vasgersian, who left Milwaukee for a job with the San Diego Padres, is a regular announcer for Fox's NFL games and said earlier this year that he begged his bosses for a Packers assignment, preferably at Lambeau Field.

Given the Packers' slide into the pool of NFL mediocrity, Sunday won't be the last time the Packers and their fans see Vasgersian.
