We all need that extra motivation during our workouts, right?

So, what's on your iPod?

Do you shuffle a certain genre, keep it locked on an artist or group or just play the "Rocky" theme song over and over? Personally, I like a good podcast while I run but don't really focus on a certain song or theme while I work out. Whatever's in the background is fine.

Elite Sports Clubs, though, wants to know which specific tunes give you that extra kick when you're working out. Fill out its survey on this subject and you might win a new iPod Nano. If you win, you even get to choose the color.

The contest ends Dec. 15 and the winner will be picked that day.
