The Milwaukee Burger Co. is a family-owned business that has its flagship restaurant in Eau Claire, one in the works in Wausau and one that opened yesterday in Appleton.  Here’s the story from the Post-Crescent.

After I saw this story, I couldn't help but wonder if the place would work in Milwaukee.

I could have taken the easy route with this blog and just called the Milwaukee Burger Co. and asked the owners why they don’t have a location in Milwaukee, but I want to know what you think.

Would this place, that "strives to serve the best burger on the planet by buying superior beef and hand-pattying it fresh each and every day you’ll taste the difference," make it in Milwaukee?

With so many great burgers and burger places, would this place succeed in Milwaukee? Would the name be a help or a hindrance?

What are your thoughts? Have you been to the Milwaukee Burger Co.?  Chime in via social media and the talkbacks.  And, who knows, maybe the owners of MBC will see this and decide to open a location here in Milwaukee.
