Have you seen the doctored up "Push Button for Walk Signal" sign near Water and Buffalo Streets in the Historic Third Ward?

Someone added "Mil" to the beginning and "ee" to the end of "Walk."  So now the sign reads "Push Button for Milwalkee Signal."

Sure, it's vandalism, but I'll let it pass for its creativity.

Makes you wonder, though, what would a Milwaukee signal be or look like?

The "wings" of the Milwaukee Art Museum, a beer can, the waves of Lake Michigan?  Lots of options I guess.

No matter what, enjoy the new creativity popping up all around town.   Speaking of, look up right near this street sign.  I'm loving the message on the side of the Mercantile Building, 220 E. Buffalo St.
