Every year, the Bronze Fonz statue attracts thousands of visitors, and soon, they will not only be able to stand next to Fonzie, but lounge in his space as well.

This Friday, the Milwaukee Riverwalk District will install cedar tables, chairs and benches around the iconic statue. La Lune Collection in Riverwest created the pieces.

"We’re going to dress up that plaza," says Riverwalk board member Marsha Sehler.

Also on Friday, three new bronze sculptures will be installed on the Riverwalk about a block north of the Fonz.

The statues, created by Milwaukee artist Manu Garay, are about five feet tall and are abstract versions of the female form. New friends for Fonzie?
