River Horse, a bar in Riverwest, closed yesterday. According to a message on Facebook, the bar -- formerly located at 701 E. Center St. -- is closed temporarily, but owner Scott Radke has yet to comment on the future of the popular corner tap.

River Horse opened in 2002 and hosted many neighborhood events, Packers' bashes and dance parties. Stay tuned to OnMilwaukee.com for more information regarding the future of River Horse.
