New Year’s Eve was the last night of business for The Dubliner, 124 W. National Ave., and recently, a "for sale or lease" sign appeared on the building.

Jerry Stenstrup, who also owns Steny’s, opened the Irish gastropub in March of 2010. The Dubliner featured a lengthy menu of traditional Irish fare along with Irish and local beers.

According to an employee at Steny’s, The Dubliner is closed for good.
