Milwaukee Brewers shortstop Jean Segura and catcher Martin Maldonado are working together for a new show that will run on Telemundo Wisconsin stations in Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay.

"Jean Segura, who is from the Dominican Republic, and Martin Maldonado, from Puerto Rico, love the opportunity of giving back to the Latin community here in Milwaukee by sharing some of their personal thoughts, private moments and, most importantly, by offering  advice to the younger generation in which they provide through the television show ‘Devolviendo Con Amor,’" said Debra Lopez.

"Devolviendo Con Amor,"  which means "Giving Back, with Love," is a show that is, "intended to get up close and personal with professional athletes who wish to leave a legacy by giving back to their community or to a cause that is close to their heart," according to the release.

The program, done with the support of Debra Lopez Public Relations, Legends of The Field, HAWS The Humane Animal Welfare Society, El Rey’s Super Market and Ewald Automotive Group, will air on Saturday at 10 a.m. The show will repeat on WYTU-TV at the same time on Saturdays through to Sept. 21.

Lopez is also shopping the show to other TV and cable outlets in the market.

"Best of all, the show will be partnering with many of these professional athletes to raise funds for non-profit youth programs," Lopez said.
