3rd Annual Fruity Nutty Affair

Feb. 16, 2013 7:00 p.m. - 11:55 p.m.

Join Wisconsin Foodie's Kyle Cherek, the rustic ensemble The BriarPickers, and Victory Garden Initiative for an evening of Fruity Nutty fun. Proceeds will support the planting of 150 fruit and nut Trees in five Milwaukee neighborhoods! Sample tapas from great local caterers, bid on exciting food adventure auction items, rub shoulders with some wacky Fruity Nutty characters care of the Milwaukee Public Theater, then dance the night away in support of the Fruity Nutty Campaign! Venue Description:
Constructed in 1882, Turner Hall began as a showplace for the panoramic painters and other German immigrant artists who dominated the Milwaukee art scene until the 1920s and throughout the early 1900s. It is the only building in Milwaukee that currently holds the three following honorary architectural and historical designations: a National Landmark, a listing on the National Registry of Historic Places, and a local Historical Landmark. Located in the heart of downtown, across from the BMO Harris Bradley Center, the two-story, 7,000 - plus square foot Ballroom is a central hub for a vast array of events in Milwaukee.
