Cafe Calatrava's "Sconnie Cheese Burger," features a Miller Bakery Pretzilla roll, short rib, a brisket and sirloin burger, American cheese, dijonaise, Maple Creek Farms smoked bacon, melted onions, house pickles and a side of malt vinegar chips.

There are a number of burgers from which to choose on the Brass Monkey menu, but when we found their most popular burger is actually the Pub Burger, a double cheeseburger topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo, it seemed like a no brainer.

The Mainstream burger took center stage next to a healthy pile of crisp, skin-on french fries. The burger stood tall exposing its toppings which included melted American cheese, shredded lettuce, a thick slice of tomato, ketchup, mustard and pickles.
