Bay View's hunger for sushi will soon be satiated in spades. Hungry Sumo Sushi Bar & Asian Bistro - an Asian fusion restaurant specializing in sushi and Thai fare - is slated to open on Kinnickinnic Avenue as soon as late spring or early summer.
