Rockford's Blue Water Grill aims to contribute to Bronzeville revival

A veteran Milwaukee chef aims to bring a casual fine dining restaurant to the burgeoning food and entertainment district along Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. James Garner says he expects to open Rockford's Blue Water Grill as early as April or May of this year.
