Bucks purchase NBA Development League team to play at new Oshkosh arena

The Milwaukee Bucks announced Wednesday they acquired the right to own and operate an NBA D-League team that will begin play in Oshkosh for the 2017-18 season. As part of the deal, Fox Valley Pro Basketball will construct a new 3,500-seat arena for the new minor league team.

Now, with one more member and three fewer words in its name, The Sleepwalkers make their home in Brew City. We caught up with frontman Ian Olvera as the quartet prepares to launch its new disc, "Lost My Mind in Stereo," at a gig in Riverwest.


Flying in and getting schooled on Oshkosh

That Oshkosh has a neighborhood called Brooklyn was just one of many, many things I didn't know about this city of 66,000 on the shores of Lake Winnebago. Though even just a single day spent exploring the city helped open my eyes to some of the charms of Oshkosh, I know there's still more to discover.
