I walked into our programmers' office the other day, and the guys looked stressed. Work has been coming in at a fast and furious pace -- which is a good thing -- but they're maxed out right now between client projects and development on OnMilwaukee.com.

"What can I do to help?" I asked.

"Hire another developer," they replied in unison.

Consider it done. We're looking for a developer with experience on both the front and back ends. Depending on who we meet during this search, this could be a job ranging from internship to part-time to full-time.

Before launching OnMilwaukee.com in 1998 at age 23, he worked in public relations for two Milwaukee firms, most of the time daydreaming about starting his own publication.
